Shipments can be delayed due to COVID 19, COD may not be available to certain locations

What are the Delivery charges?

You don’t have to pay for any extra Delivery charge on any of our product. All the charges (taxes, delivery charges, etc.) are already included in the MRP of the product.

How long does it take to deliver?

We try our best to process the orders on the same day and deliver it to you within a week. However Delivery time can be higher sometimes due to many reasons.

Why is the delivery of my order delayed?

Your order can be delayed due to many reasons:

  • Bad weather
  • COVID Lockdown
  • Transportation issues

In such cases, we’ll notify you via E-mail.

Do we accept Cash on Delivery?

We do accept COD on our products. However, COD is currently paused as a step towards maintaining safe distancing practice.

How will I be notified about my order updates?

You’ll be notified about your order via E-mail. If any of your ordered product couldn’t be delivered due to any circumstances, your paid amount will be refunded to you within 2 working days.

Product Not Delivered

If the product you ordered is not delivered to you within 2 weeks, you may raise a complaint using our Contact page, or you can get in touch with us directly at [email protected]

We will try our best to resolve your issue. In case of prepaid orders, we will refund your paid amount within 2-4 working days.
