I received a damaged product, what do I do?

If you received a damaged product, you can get in touch with us and we’ll either replace your product or refund your amount within 4 working days.

Can I return the product if I don’t like it?

Our website offers print-on-demand Products, once an order has been processed the cost and labor has already been utilized. As such your order can not be refunded. However, if your product is damaged or defective, you can raise a complaint through our Contact page and we’ll try to help you as soon as possible.

How can a return a Damaged or Defective product?

If you have received a Damaged or Defective product, you can raise a complaint using our Contact page, and we will either replace your product or refund your paid amount within 2-4 working days.

Do I need to ship the product myself in case of Replacement?

No, you don’t need to ship the product anywhere. Our delivery agent will come and pick-up the product from your doorstep.

I received a different product. What do I do?

If you received a product different than the one you ordered, you can get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help you. In most cases, we will the Replace the product, but if the product is not in stock, we will Refund your complete amount.
